We work closely with our clients to extract the right concept and translate the project requirements into design strategies and concept sketches. This gives a project a clear path into an elevated spatial expression of the company values.
We transform an approved concept design into a more comprehensive level of analysis, refinement, and presentation. We examine aspects of function, structure, aesthetic, practicality, and buildability.
At this stage we require, a copy of land title and an aerial photograph of the site.
We prepare a comprehensive set of technical drawings and specifications suitable for building approval and for construction. This includes development of complete building design, selection of external material/finishes, communications with council to discuss proposal and preparation of necessary documents for local planning approvals. At this stage we require, land survey report to identify site boundaries and existing ground levels.
We provide checks and measures within the contract to ensure adherence to quality of build, timings, and cost. This includes site visits, material testing and inspections to make sure the contractor is compliant to the recommendations specified. For documentation, we will require geotechnical soil test report, structural engineer certification, issuance of building permit by building surveyor, copy of local authority sewer plan.
