Various gas stations across Victoria were assessed for additional loading. Most of the structures had a canopy arrangement with large spans. It was necessary to narrowly limit the deflections of the primary beams due to overhangs.
The inspections were conducted in coordination with roof plumbers as structure was inaccessible and there was a need to remove the roof sheeting for accurate measurement.
